hjartesmil(norwegian, means heart + smile or a smile from the heart) is a lifestyle and photography blog. my goal is to inspire young women(and men) to live bigger and better. hjartesmil is unique in the sense that i intentionally exlude topics like fashion and exercise/body related topics, believing that everyone should have somewhere to go to get away from the deafening noise of glossy magazines and fashion blogs. i believe in encouraging young people to be brave and create their own opportunities.
i write about: food, weddings, travel, london, paris, photography(analogue and digital), vintage clothing, home decor, books, films and more.
