søndag laga eg ei trelags-lemoncurdkake med marengsfrosting og sprang til toget med kaka i hånda. framme på mornington crescent var det heilt klart til lanseringsfest av carrie og lucy sitt magasin, wish magazine. det såg eventyrlig ut, eg stod mest i eit hjørne heile kvelden og snakka med ein fin ny venn. etter nokre timar med kaker og ein heil masse gin plukka eg og jostein opp goodiebagane våre og hoppa til toget heim. ein fantastisk fin fest, gler meg til å visa dykk magasinet og min del av det heile.
translation:
on sunday i made a three layer lemon curd cake with a meringue frosting and ran to the train with the cake in my hand. when i arrived in mornington crescent, everything was ready for the launch of carrie and lucy‘s magazine, wish mag. everything was beautiful, i mostly stood in a corner the entire evening talking to a new friend. after a few hours with cakes and a whole lot of gin, jostein and i got each our goodie bags and hopped on the train back home. such an amazing event, i can’t wait to show you the magazine and my part in it.

Aww! I wish could have been a fly on the wall there. I read Carrie’s blog too and knew this would be a lovely event. How great that you get to be in the mag :)
